I started in IT the way a lot of people do: fixing the thing nobody else wanted to touch. A router that wouldn't hold a link, a server that kept falling over, an office whose Wi-Fi never reached the back room.

That grew into real infrastructure work: network design, firewalls, Active Directory, and the cloud and on-prem servers underneath. I taught myself to build the software too, so I can take a problem from the wiring all the way up to the web app.
